Leanne & Dan
Holmes Mill; an Urban industrial masterpiece in the Centre of the Ribble Valley Countryside, it’s not the first time I have had the pleasure to photograph here & had the low down for the best photo spots in the Mill to capture it in all its glory!
8am; I arrived at Holmes Mill with the morning sunshine beaming down I knew this was going to be the perfect British Summer Wedding. I meet Leanne and her three Bridesmaid in the Bridal Suite sharing their all important hair and makeup journey. By 12pm Dan arrived with his groomsmen enjoying Britains longest bar to calm their nerves before the Wedding Ceremony took place and greeted friends and family.
Once Leanne & Dan said ‘I do’ it was outside to the sunshine down the cobbled alleyway for the all important confetti shot. The wedding was centred around the weather, with guests gathered outside drinking Pimms in the sunshine, throughly enjoying the atmosphere the Mill had to offer.
7pm; With the Wedding Breakfast eaten and the speeches concluded it was time for the evening celebrations. The couple had chosen a Rock Band to perform; BOY!!They had the whole Mill rocking and even the Bar a floor below could feel the performance and energy!
By the end of the Wedding I was ready for a few Pimms myself, the Summer heat had made it a tiring day for a Photographer but WOW! Leanne & Dan couldn’t have asked for better weather if they tried.
Here are a few of my favourite images from their Wedding at Holmes Mill
